These Billing & Payment Terms (“Terms”) govern your payment obligations when purchasing from audreydublin.com. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted, in this order:

All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders are not processed or dispatched until payment is confirmed.

2. Pricing, Currency & VAT

  • All prices on the site are listed in euro (EUR).
  • Audrey Dublin is not currently VAT-registered. VAT is not charged on purchases.
  • Prices shown are the total amount payable by the customer.
  • If our VAT status changes, we will update this section and display our VAT number as required by law.
  • Discounts or promotional offers are applied at checkout as indicated.

3. Payment Processing & Security

  • We use secure payment gateways with encryption and fraud prevention measures.
  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers (only tokenized or masked, where required by the payment provider).
  • If a payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed or processed.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed. We reserve the right to require you to contact us before issuing a chargeback.
  • In the case of returned items, refunds will go to the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation & Billing Adjustments

  • You may request cancellation only before the order is fulfilled or shipped.
  • If cancellation is accepted, any amount charged will be refunded in full.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order in our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, availability issues). In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was taken.

6. Disputes & Chargeback Resolution

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we request you first contact us to resolve the issue. We may ask you to provide proof of delivery or other evidence.
